Spreading the Elite Football Coaching message into Darwin.

These 8 boys from Pint FC U16’s in the NTFL went through an early morning Super Saturday skills based session last weekend before their match the following day against Southern Districts.

We worked on a number of areas including range of movement drills (designed for flexibility and stronger kicking), finger spread development drills (stronger/wider grip), agility and also quite a bit of kicking technique work.

They were very keen and showed a great enthusiasm towards the session and its learnings.

Pleasingly the next day they had a resounding win for themselves and their coach John Kensey (far left)
