Elite Football Coaching regulars Tommy Breen and Brodie Snooks are seen here welcoming newcomer Max McDermott.
Max is an 18 year old from Cora Lynn Football Club.
A couple of years back he debuted as 16 year old into senior football with them.
Max plays across half forward, but certainly has the capacity to become a midfielder.
He has previously represented the West Gippsland Football League in under age Inter-league teams.
Max has begun training with EFC to develop his skills and broaden his game.
